The stained glass windows of the St. Margaret’s Parish Church in Ipolyvisk shine in a wonderful light from the outside, during the evening masses. During the day, the penetrating sunlight colors the interior of the church.
With János Lormusz, Ipolyvisk Parish Priest, we continuously supervised the stained glass installation works. It was a great honor for me to create permanent stained glass works of art for another church.

The stained glass work depicts flowers in the form of bone-white, refined colors. The pictures do not necessarily show it, but the stained glass was made on a much larger scale than usual; since the house is huge, so are its front doors.

Stained glass can be placed not only in churches and not only as windows, but also in privately owned houses as an independent picture or decoration. The image is privately owned.

The gray heron with the turtle was made as stained glass for the living room of a lake house in Venice. It is always very challenging to solder thin glass surfaces – e.g. gray heron legs – because the glass here is very thin, which makes it very sensitive and can break extra easily during soldering. It looked amazing in the setting sun.
